If this is our first time meeting – I’m a real person, and this is a real board.
I like safe spaces, community, deep discussions and listening to people speak passionately about what they do. I’ve made a lot of partnerships over the years in my own business and on other boards, from NASA JPL, big ole corporations and small businesses galore. I think there’s a way to mesh all of this together to make it easier for women climbing corporate ladders and building businesses, ultimatley closing the pay/funding gap.
We can do it better than what exists, and for the majority of programs, do it without cost barriers.
